1) The policy will require consumers to notify Ashley Furniture within three days after delivery that the furniture was damaged. The company then has 30 days to either replace or repair the merchandise. If Ashley Furniture cannot replace or repair the merchandise, then the company will offer the customer a full refund.
2) We can deliver to all serviceable areas. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If our logistics team are not able to deliver to your area, we will contact you right after you place your order.
3) Exchange of merchandise shall be allowed within 7 days after purchase.
4) Ashley Furniture Home Store reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges for items with conditions that are deemed unacceptable and unsalable.
